Due to the nature of our products we do not offer a refund or exchange at any of our locations in-store.
We want nothing more than for our customers to feel they receive quality products and high quality service. After the receipt of your order, we only offer a 10-day exchange policy on any DOA (dead on arrival) products.
Please inspect and test all products upon receipt, the 10-day exchange window begins regardless of whether the products were opened or not.
After the 10-day return period ends, we try our best to provide as much assistance as possible with any manufacturer defect problems that may arise. We value your business, and always try to work out the best possible solution to issues on a case-by-case basis. We strive to be as reasonable and fair as possible and hope our customers reciprocate.
Unfortunately consumables are always a final sale (e-juice, coils, tanks, accessories, drip tips, replacement parts, rebuild able supplies, etc).
